We love Wasabi. Fun place to eat and great food and plenty oven. Tonight we had Jacky our chef. He was very fun. Restaurant is nice and clean and there is enough room for eight or nine people at a table. Tonight, my husband and I shared the lobster, scallops and steak with garlic fried rice and vegetables. You also get soup and salad.

I was visiting Sacramento and was craving a good hibachi spot. This place exceeded my expectations. The food was great and the portions were very generous. This is a good spot to eat with family or friends. Servers were attentive and the chef cooking my food payed attention to everyone's order and how the meat was cooked. I absolutely recommend and will be coming back when I am in town!

The food never disappoints when I come here. They have an extensive menu of sushi to hibachi. I always bring friends visiting from out of town and they end up loving it. Great for big parties celebrating birthdays with or even just grabbing a quick drink. They also have a unique beer selection which I feel like isn't common for most family owned restaurants.

Loved it! That service was great and expeditious, never had to wait for refills/cleaning area. The chef was great and funny! The quality of food was really good, I was nervous with the steak because they didn't have fillet which is what I really wanted but the steak quality was really good! The ambiance was nice it's smaller but lay out was spacious enough. I thought price point was fair. Would definitely come back here! :)

Ambiance Fun atmosphere with the grills. Place is clean. There is a small bar. Rate 5 Service Had to ask waitress a couple of times for low sodium soy sauce. She forgot something else. She was very nice. Our chef lacked passion, I don't think he smiled once, wait he did when he dropped the egg. He was just going through the motions. Come on man, u r suppose to entertain us. Rate service 3.5 Food Dragon Roll Very good. Spicy Chicken Great flavor Shrimp Cooked perfectly Garlic fried rice Tasty Grilled Vegetable Tasty Rate the above 5 Steak I think it was sirloin. I asked chef about the cut, he said it is from the shoulder. Not impressed, just ok. Rate 3. One last thing, ice cold beer in chilled glass.

Wasabi is a fun place to have a meal. I recommend making reservations, especially on Friday's and Saturday's as they can get busy. We did teppanyaki where they cook in front of you. It's a cool experience to watch them cook what you order right in front of you. Depending on the chef, they can be very entertaining and interactive. You can mix and match what kind of meat you want as well as sides. It comes with both miso soup and a salad as a starter. The miso soup was good and also had some mushrooms in it which isn't very common, but a nice touch. The salad was good because they used some sort of miso dressing. I ordered the gyoza as an appetizer, which was crispy and delicious. I ordered the combination plate which came with steak, chicken, your choice of rice (I chose garlic fried rice), and stir fry veggies. It has great flavor and had a lot of rice, but i would have like a little more meat. Overall, good experience if you want to change up the normal dinner and have a little entertainment before you eat.

Love this place! Recently celebrated my birthday here and it was PACKED! So if you're thinking about coming make a reservation or call ahead to see what wait time is like. They have a lot to choose from, from appetizers, the hibachi grill, sushi, and dessert options. Our hibachi chef Kenny was super entertaining and great to watch.

I visited Wasabi on Sunday, 10/01/23, for an early dinner. I decided to order the Shrimp, Scallops, and Lobster combination dinner plate, which came with soup, a salad, and a choice of rice. I opted for the Bacon Fried Rice. Additionally, I got the Shrimp Tempura Maki Roll. Everything was delicious from start to finish! The portion of the meal was generous as well. The service could have been a little better. The attentiveness was lacking during this visit. Overall, Wasabi's food is fantastic. I do recommend coming here.
